  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in the enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, green chilies, cumin, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
