Ramen Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 package of ramen noodles (flavor packet not needed)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package and set aside.
- In a large wok or skillet, heat up the vegetable oil on medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sirloin steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned.
- Next, add the sliced onions, minced garlic, broccoli florets, and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until it’s well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- In a large wok or skillet, heat up the vegetable oil on medium-high heat.
- Add the shredded carrots, chopped red bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, and chicken broth until well combined.
