- 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions:
- Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Soften cherry ice cream and spread over the cookie crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Soften vanilla ice cream and mix in chopped cherries and amaretto. Spread over the cherry layer. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Pipe whipped cream onto the top of the cake and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
