- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:

- Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, water, and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture into the skillet and whisk until heated through and thickened.
