Ingredients:
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 half-gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 jar hot fudge sauce
Instructions:
- Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces using a food processor or by placing them in a resealable plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Melt the hot fudge sauce in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
- Spread half of the crushed Oreo cookies on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Spread half of the softened ice cream over the Oreo cookie layer.
- Pour half of the melted hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo cookies over the hot fudge sauce layer.
- Add the remaining softened ice cream on top of the Oreo cookie layer.
- Pour the remaining melted hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer.
- Gently swirl the hot fudge sauce into the ice cream using a knife or spatula.
- Place the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove the cake from the freezer and allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
